• We’re looking for a Senior Motion Designer to craft compelling motion assets that bring Wealthsimple’s brand and products to life across in-app experiences, marketing campaigns, and lifecycle communications.

• Your work will play a key role in shaping seasonal release campaigns, new features, and product functionality, helping users connect with and get excited about what’s next.

🎯 Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking, motion design, and digital storytelling across various touchpoints, including app, social, and web.

• Deep understanding of design fundamentals—typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and composition—applied in interactive and digital experiences.

• Strong visual design and communication skills with the ability to craft compelling experiences and articulate the story behind them.

• Awareness of emerging trends and innovations in digital and interactive design, with a pulse on what’s next.

• Ability to immerse in a brand, ensuring motion and design align with its identity and engage the audience effectively.

• Brings energy, initiative, and strong prioritization skills to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Experience working closely with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns and product narratives to life.

• Proficiency in Figma, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite—Cinema 4D and Blender are a plus.
