Creative - Motion Design

📋 Description

•Superside is looking for inspired, purpose-driven motion creatives eager to integrate AI-driven tools into their workflows and enhance our company’s creative capabilities.

•In this role, you will collaborate with our globally distributed team of top-talent creatives and creative leads across various capabilities such as Motion Graphics, Animated Digital Ads, Videos, Explainers and Promos, Animated Presentations, and more.

•By leveraging AI, you’ll enhance creativity, optimize processes, and set new standards for motion design.

🎯 Requirements

•BA or higher within Design, Creative, Comms or similar fields

•1-5 years experience in motion

•Strong portfolio of creative work in motion design, animation, and video

•Excellent animation and video competencies in After Effects, Illustrator & Photoshop (3D and video editing are a plus)

•Strong knowledge of animation principles and visual storytelling, complemented by a curiosity about AI's potential to innovate these areas

•Ability to quickly learn processes and multi-tasking projects with great detail

•Design knowledge and craft to provide top-notch design and direction

•Ability to always deliver pixel-perfect quality on time and within budget, using AI to optimize production

•Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

•A proactive, customer-centric mindset with a strong bias for action and execution
