📋 Description
• AG1 is seeking a Creative Designer who is passionate about executing bold creative ideas and contributing to creative vision.
• This role focuses on creating impactful assets that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across various platforms.
• Collaborate across Marketing to deliver assets that intersect health, sport, and culture.
• Work will support performance marketing campaigns and customer-facing content, helping reach business goals on a global scale.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in graphic and creative design, preferably in-house at a brand or with a high-level agency.
• Proficiency in graphic design principles, typography, grid systems, and visual hierarchy, with a strong portfolio demonstrating ability to work across platforms.
• Expertise in design software (Adobe Suite, Keynote, 3D + Motion design) is a plus.
• Experience with advertising and creative management tools is a bonus.
• Understanding of design systems to create cohesive, holistic design work across a range of mediums.
• A passion for experimentation and innovation, with a desire to push boundaries and explore new creative possibilities.
• Strong skills in collaboration and communication, with the ability to receive and integrate feedback effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
• A fast-paced, can-do attitude and the ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
