🎯 Requirements
• Proven Motion Expertise: 3+ years of experience in motion design, preferably creating ads for paid social or digital campaigns.
• After Effects Mastery: Deep proficiency in After Effects for motion graphics and animation.
• Figma & CapCut Familiarity: Experience working in Figma for ad layouts and using CapCut for quick-turn motion edits.
• Performance-Driven Mentality: Ability to design motion assets with engagement, conversion, and audience impact in mind.
• Creative Storytelling: Strong sense of timing, pacing, and dynamic movement to make ads feel exciting and polished.
• Cross-Platform Awareness: Understanding of different aspect ratios, ad formats, and best practices for Meta, Google, TikTok, and CTV.
