• Superduper is a global web3 entertainment company reimagining how experiences are created and shared online.

• We are seeking a Senior Motion Designer to lead the creation of high-level motion graphics and animation projects.

• You will report directly to the Lead Motion Director, collaborating closely on creative vision and execution.

• You will work on a range of content—branding, social media campaigns, product demos, and interactive experiences.

• This position is perfect for a highly creative individual with strong technical expertise, a passion for storytelling, and a desire to mentor others.

• This role includes establishing a world-class design studio, developing and refining creative concepts, and producing advanced animations.

• Responsibilities include storyboarding, project leadership, ensuring brand consistency, and driving innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or a related field, with a track record of delivering high-quality work.

• Mastery of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software is strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.

• Demonstrated ability to lead small teams or mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and technical guidance.

• Experience with brand-focused motion graphics, creating content that adheres to and extends brand guidelines.

• Problem-solving mindset, able to adapt creative solutions to shifting project constraints and timelines.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and technical details to team members and stakeholders.

• A constant desire to be recognised for your work and strive for top industry awards.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Clear experience and understanding of web3 technologies and blockchain principles — this can be learnt.
