• Responsible for overseeing the animation process for various promotional mechanics such as Wheel of Fortune, Jackpots, Free Spins, Tournaments, and other promotional tools.
• Act as a creative catalyst by generating innovative ideas, proposing animation styles, and influencing the visual impact of promotional features in collaboration with the Product Owner and design team.
• Emphasize on effects, celebrations, and impactful moments to enhance gameplay, engagement, and user retention through animations, prioritizing emotional highs over character animations.
• Develop visually striking animations that amplify the excitement of casino promotions while ensuring technical efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including graphic designers, developers, and product owners, to seamlessly integrate animations into promotional features.
• Ensure optimal performance by exporting, optimizing, and fine-tuning animations to deliver smooth experiences across all devices.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in 2D animation specifically for slot games, casino promotions, or related industries.
• Thorough understanding of promotional mechanics such as Jackpots, Free Spins, Tournaments, and Wheel of Fortune.
• Proficiency in Esoteric Spine, Adobe After Effects (including plugins), and Adobe Photoshop.
• Expertise in creating visually appealing VFX and celebratory animations that enhance player engagement and retention.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize animations for seamless performance across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.
• Proactive and creative mindset with a willingness to take ownership, contribute ideas, and shape animation strategies.
• Experience with 3D animation software is advantageous but not mandatory.
