• Conceptualize and create high-performance advertising assets (static & motion) for Social Ads (Meta, TikTok & Co.) while considering performance marketing goals.
• Work closely with the Brand Team to optimize creatives based on data.
• Conduct market and trend research for new creative approaches & innovative advertising materials.
• Actively contribute to the Creative Strategy – your input is valued!
• Experience in Graphic Design & Motion Graphics, especially for Paid Social Ads – proficient in design tools like Adobe CC, Figma, After Effects/Premiere and adept at developing trend-oriented, high-performing creatives.
• Open to new technologies like AI in the design process.
• Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics – ability to translate data-based insights into creative decisions within campaigns.
• Structured work approach & strong project management skills – capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining oversight.
