• Your main tasks will involve organizing, compiling, and editing recorded and stock footage to create captivating videos that align with the director's vision and project objectives.

• Succeeding in this position entails producing engaging content suitable for our target audience, expanding our market presence, and enhancing viewer interaction.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Produce top-notch videos and short clips.

• Generate content for platforms like YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.

• Edit film segments to ensure seamless transitions.

• Manage and categorize video files.

• Export videos for mobile and web platforms.

• Comprehend the production team's requirements and guidelines.

• Revise scripts and raw footage to create shot lists.

• Trim and arrange footage.

• Incorporate music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.

• Produce initial and final edits.

• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth flow.

• Collaborate with stakeholders during the editing process.

• Incorporate new editing technologies and industry best practices.

• Explore various editing approaches.

• Ensure adherence to journalistic standards.

• Adjust formats and file sizes as necessary.

• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain subscribers on the Token Metrics YouTube channel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects.

• Experience with digital technology and editing software (e.g., Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Final Cut).

• Skilled in non-linear video editing tools (Edius, Photoshop, Lightroom).

• Familiarity with platforms like YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.

• Preferably acquainted with the crypto or trading industry.

• Strong scriptwriting abilities for creating engaging video content.

• Demonstrated work experience as a Video Editor.

• Impressive portfolio showcasing edited and animated videos.

• Knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity.

• Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing.

• Creative storytelling skills.
