• ThunderSoft is in search of a skilled 3D Motion Designer to join our subsidiary Rightware (https://rightware.com/) and craft sophisticated, immersive, and high-quality Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) for future vehicles.
• As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and animating visually stunning interfaces that redefine the user experience within vehicles.
• Thriving in a fast-paced setting, you will work independently while closely collaborating with product managers and engineers to develop and validate design visuals for embedded software applications and companion devices.
• As a dedicated 3D Motion Designer, you will collaborate with a dynamic team of 2D and 3D designers and engineers to create captivating visuals and campaigns that engage users and enhance the brand experience.
• Possession of a degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience in designing in-vehicle experiences
• Showcase a portfolio of 3D work and 3D motion design
• Experience working within a gaming development pipeline and creating game-ready assets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to effectively engage with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in Motion Graphic Design, including technical skills in video and animation
• Expertise in After Effects and familiarity with at least one of the following 3D software: Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender
• Skills in modeling and texturing to develop 3D assets for assigned projects
• Sound knowledge of lighting and rendering techniques to enhance the final output aesthetically
