• Demonstrate creative ideation and design thinking, either independently or collaboratively.
• Produce storyboards, campaign visual concepts, and high-quality final assets that align with brand guidelines and are delivered punctually.
• Proficient in After Effects (motion graphics) is a must-have skill for this position. We are dedicated to crafting compelling stories through motion.
• Stay informed about social media platforms and industry developments.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, client services, and community teams to execute projects collectively.
• Showcase a minimum of 3 years of design experience in Social Media.
• Previous experience in a creative/social media agency is highly advantageous.
• Ability to comprehend and work with design nuances in various languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, French, etc.
• Demonstrate an intrapreneurial spirit, teamwork mentality, and proactive attitude. We value team members who are positive, eager to assist, assume accountability, and can work independently.
• Exhibit flexibility, adaptability, and an understanding of diverse brand styles.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A design-related degree or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
