• Possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a 3D Animator, preferably in gaming or related industries.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of 3D animation software like Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, and Unreal Engine.
• Have a strong grasp of character animation principles, timing, and weight distribution.
• Showcase the ability to create realistic and dynamic animations for various character types.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Display a passion for storytelling and attention to detail.
• Possess at least a B2 level of English proficiency.
• Experience with motion capture technology and facial animation/lip-syncing is advantageous.
• Skinning and rigging expertise for characters is a plus.
