• Pepper is a rapidly expanding direct-to-consumer bra brand that proudly celebrates small-chested bodies. Our goal is to empower women of all body types to embrace their natural beauty. Since our successful Kickstarter campaign in 2017, we have sold over a million bras last year alone and have been featured in major publications such as Cosmopolitan, Glamour, Forbes, and Vogue.

• Your role at Pepper:

• We are in search of a talented Motion Designer with a passion for paid media to join our dynamic team. This pivotal position plays a crucial role in bringing our brand's vision to life across all platforms, with a specific focus on creating visually captivating and high-performing paid media campaigns. Collaborating closely with our Creative and Growth Teams, you will develop and implement creative strategies that drive tangible results and resonate with our target demographic. By bringing Pepper to life online, you will empower countless women to embrace the confidence that comes with a well-fitting bra. This position is part of the Creative team and reports directly to the Lead Brand Designer.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital ad creations (experience in direct-to-consumer, intimates, or e-commerce sectors is advantageous).

• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, etc.). Experience with motion graphics and video editing is essential.

• Familiarity with Growth Marketing principles, including performance metrics, ad analysis, and the influence of design on conversion rates.

• Creative and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and a sharp eye for detail. Capable of translating complex concepts into engaging visuals.

• Data-driven approach to interpreting ad performance data and adjusting designs to enhance ad efficacy.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal, to effectively work with diverse teams like marketing, copywriters, and product teams.

• Ability to excel in a remote work setting, meeting deadlines and campaign objectives.
