• Become a valuable member of the esteemed design team at Kraken in the role of Motion Designer

• Engage in close collaboration with brand, marketing, content, and product partners

• Shape and refine Kraken's motion design language for a cohesive visual identity

• Create refined, top-notch animations from concept to final production

• Experiment with cutting-edge motion techniques and tools to produce innovative work

⛳️ Requirements

• Impressive portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion design, art direction, and strategic creative execution

• Proficient in graphic design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, and composition

• Skilled in After Effects and Adobe CC, with familiarity in Figma and generative AI tools

• Capable of conceptualizing, directing, and implementing engaging motion projects that narrate a compelling narrative

• Independent and collaborative — adept at working autonomously or under the guidance of creative leaders

• Effective, proactive communicator with a track record of sharing ideas and aligning with stakeholders

• Enthusiastic about dynamic, evolving creative challenges — with an interest in cryptocurrency and emerging technologies

• Familiarity with 3D modeling and animation in Cinema 4D (preferred)

• Experience overseeing DIY shoots for product demonstrations (preferred)

• Familiarity with interactive motion design tools such as Rive and Lottie (preferred)

• Background in sound design (preferred)
