📋 Description
• Join Pearson VUE as a Customer Experience (CX) and User Experience (UX) Intern.
• Support a team of experienced strategists, designers, and researchers.
• Envision transformed end-to-end customer experiences aligned with business objectives.
• Find solutions to CX-impacting business challenges.
• Shape the delivery of experience for new business opportunities.
• Create design artifacts as needed for projects and for TOPAZ design system use.
• Utilize Figma to create low and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop interactive prototypes for usability testing.
• Learn and contribute to the TOPAZ design system following brand guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to contribute insights.
• Collaborate with CX team members, stakeholders, and development teams to understand user needs.
🎯 Requirements
• A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field (active pursuit of such a degree will also meet this qualification).
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to create low and high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Passion for creating user-centered designs and experiences.
