📋 Description

• Lead Product Design: Oversee the entire design lifecycle of digital products, ensuring they align with user needs and business goals.

• User-Centered Research: Conduct thorough UX/UI research and justify design decisions using data-driven insights.

• Design Solutions: Create low and high-fidelity prototypes, sketches, wireframes, and storyboards to communicate ideas effectively.

• Design Systems: Develop and manage design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and internal teams to implement designs, ensuring clear documentation and asset delivery.

• Iterate and Improve: Analyze user feedback and product performance, and implement iterative improvements.

• iGaming Expertise: Contribute to the creation and enhancement of features tailored for poker, casino, and betting experiences, driving user engagement and monetization.

• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying them strategically.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading UX/UI projects in the iGaming sector (poker, casino, betting is a plus).

• Expertise in Figma and strong knowledge of design system principles.

• Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changes, and thrive in an agile environment.

• Familiarity with user-centered design principles and iterative design processes.
