Product Designer

📋 Description

• Tala is on a mission to unleash the economic power of the Global Majority – the 4 billion people overlooked by existing financial systems.

• Currently, over nine million people across Kenya, the Philippines, Mexico, and India have used Tala products.

• As a Product Designer within the Global Design team, you will help to create meaningful and cohesive end-to-end experiences for Tala customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional UX/UI design experience in a fast-paced tech environment

• Ability to think high level about product strategy and vision and create solutions designed to scale and grow over time, as product functionality and content matures and as user requirements evolve

• Ability to design within constraints (e.g., design systems, legacy tech, UI frameworks)

• Fluency in Figma (bonus: other UX/UI tools)
