📋 Description

• Define and champion the product vision, aligning with business objectives and market opportunities through in-depth market and competitive analysis, ensuring the design strategy meets client goals.

• Lead workshops to prioritize product features and roadmaps based on user needs, business value, and technical feasibility, driving comprehensive user research initiatives.

• Conduct user research to create personas, journey maps, and user flows, then develop and iterate on product concepts through wireframes and prototypes, validating MVPs with client stakeholders.

• Build and maintain organized component libraries and style guides to ensure design consistency and scalability across multiple client projects.

• Facilitate a clear and efficient hand-off of designs to developers, providing ongoing design support throughout the development process to ensure alignment with design intent.

• Design polished user interfaces, ensuring consistency across platforms, and collaborate with engineering teams for implementation, providing detailed specifications and participating in design reviews.

• Communicate design concepts and research findings effectively to client stakeholders, leading design reviews and advocating for user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, product owners, and engineers to define product strategy and ensure that design solutions meet both user needs and business objectives.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve design processes and outcomes, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the agency.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in a digital design agency or product-driven environment.

• A strong portfolio showcasing a holistic understanding of product design, from strategy to execution, with a focus on user-centered solutions.

• Proven ability to lead comprehensive user research initiatives and translate insights into actionable design decisions that drive product success.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Figjam, with experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies, including Agile and Lean UX.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve complex user problems, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in conducting market and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.

• A passion for creating user-centered products that deliver business value, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to design excellence.

• Experience in facilitating workshops and design sprints to prioritize product features and roadmaps.

• Familiarity with building and maintaining component libraries such as Material-UI, Ant Design, Radix, Tailwind CSS, Carbon Design System, and other style guides to ensure design consistency and scalability across multiple projects.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
