• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and UX Research teams to establish objectives, test theories, and implement impactful solutions.
• Lead research and design ventures to boost performance outcomes and explore innovative prospects throughout critical phases of the customer journey.
• Develop lucid, considerate, and user-friendly interfaces that harmonize business aims with user demands across various platforms.
• Promote a user-centric ethos, advocating for usability, accessibility, and continual learning via experimentation.
• Extensive background in designing impactful digital products, particularly within e-commerce, travel, or similar transactional domains.
• Proficiency in mobile-first and responsive design, showcasing a portfolio with instinctive flows and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Figma, design systems, and prototyping methods to explore, assess, and convey ideas effectively.
• Competent in utilizing data and research to guide design choices and evaluate accomplishments.
• Fluent in English and adept at clarifying design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferable: Familiarity with A/B testing tools and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience in dynamic, agile environments collaborating with dispersed teams.

• Enjoy a shorter workweek (36 hours full-time), with half-day Fridays.
