• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product managers, designers, and developers to deliver an exceptional end-to-end user experience

• Ability to collaborate effectively while taking ownership of entire projects
• Excellent relationship-building skills across different teams and functions
• Skill in providing design feedback and a genuine interest in mentoring less experienced designers
• Thrive in an iterative process by listening, adapting, moving quickly, engaging with users, incorporating feedback, and collaborating consistently
• Several years of experience in a large-scale company, preferably in an Enterprise/B2B setting
