📋 Description

• Design website functionality for Salesforce and Amazon platforms.

• Lead requirement gathering and client design sessions.

• Help stakeholders visualize end-to-end experiences.

• Generate sitemaps and wireframes.

• Distill user journeys and personas into understandable media.

• Create visual mockups for web pages, bot UIs, and agent console layouts.

• Establish content, strategies, and persona for automated solutions.

• Learn to build and configure Salesforce solutions.

• Work with developers and QA testers throughout the project lifecycle.

• Help drive success criteria and reporting.

• Show the impact of design decisions and tie business value to success criteria.

• Contribute to and maintain design systems across platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• User experience and user interaction work experience.

• Experience doing design consulting with external stakeholders.

• Ability to build and maintain a design system.

• Comfortable using tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio, and Lucidchart.

• Willing and able learner of new technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Amazon).

• Degree in design, user experience, human computer interaction, communication, or a related discipline.
