• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience in instructional design, communication, education, or related field required
• Graduate degree in instructional design, communication, education, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of program or project management experience required
• Familiarity with the Haiku Cyber Range platform preferred
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Learning Management Systems preferred
• Design and create eLearning and instructional materials that can be easily localized and managed preferred
• Develop templates and enforce style guides to ensure uniformity across all materials preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing training materials in various formats required
• Demonstrated utilization of multiple learning approaches and aligning them with learners and objectives required
• Demonstrated experience in adult learning implementation and enhancing performance through effective training required
• Must possess a personal computer and the capability to facilitate online collaboration and communication remotely
