• Seeking a Director, Product Design to shape the strategic direction of design initiatives.

• Ensure that design efforts align with business objectives and user requirements to deliver cutting-edge, industry-leading experiences.

• Advocate for design excellence throughout the product lifecycle, optimizing processes for increased efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with diverse teams to transform business concepts into user-friendly, intuitive designs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 5-7+ years of experience in directing design for intricate B2B or B2C SaaS products or platforms.

• Have at least 5 years of experience in managing and expanding design teams consisting of 10-20+ designers.

• Exhibit strong collaboration skills across different functions; establish solid partnerships with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.

• Utilize data-driven insights for decision-making; leverage user research, A/B testing, and data analytics to influence design strategies and product roadmaps.

• Demonstrate expertise in developing design systems; lead the establishment and progression of design systems across various teams.

• Capable of effectively communicating with C-suite executives and investors, justifying design choices with business outcomes.

• Embrace a growth-oriented mindset, focusing on learning, overcoming challenges, and continual enhancement.

• Possess a keen sense of creativity and innovation, introducing fresh concepts and solving intricate issues.

• Familiarity with or previous experience utilizing the practices outlined in Continuous Discovery Habits by Teresa Torres.

• Experience in designing consumer-facing products.

• Comfortable with AI technologies and tools, skillfully incorporating AI into the design process to enhance user experiences and team productivity.
