• Work collaboratively with a diverse team to uphold Buildout's high marketing standards in emails, websites, and documents.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles such as Graphic Designer, Web Developer, or Email Designer
• Proficiency in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript on a recognized platform
• Familiarity or expertise in MJML is highly desirable
• Showcase a portfolio of diverse design projects that highlight a keen eye for design and adherence to brand standards
• Possess empathy and a solutions-oriented mindset to understand and address customers' unique requirements effectively
• Ability to engage with customers directly to resolve issues promptly, simplify complex ideas, and cater to distinctive brand and marketing needs
• Prioritize tasks efficiently as an individual contributor and a collaborative team member
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate, SaaS, or tech industry is advantageous but not mandatory
• Knowledge of Jira / Atlassian is a plus
