• Wpromote is seeking a Senior Designer to enhance our brand advertising capabilities and join our dynamic team.
• As a Senior Designer, you will play a key role in supporting brand storytelling, pitch development, and creative execution across different channels.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, and Strategists to visually elevate our concepts—creating engaging presentation decks, designing digital assets, contributing to new business pitches, establishing brand guidelines, and conceptualizing campaign ideas.
• This position involves hands-on design work, ideal for individuals passionate about strategic and visually impactful creations.
• Additional motion or animation skills are a definite plus for this role.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a designer within a creative agency.
• Proficiency in Google Slides and deck design, with a talent for crafting visually compelling brand stories.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, logo design, packaging, print design, digital assets, and quick comp work.
• Experience in creating social media assets for paid, digital, and organic channels.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to transform complex creative concepts into clear and captivating visuals.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and AI-based image generation tools.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments where projects evolve rapidly.
• Motion or animation capabilities are highly desirable.
