• Participate in brainstorming sessions and ideation processes to ensure that creative strategies are in sync with performance insights and current design trends.
• Ensure consistency and excellence in brand identity execution across client work, taking ownership of maintaining brand standards.
• Present concepts that bridge creative ideas with business goals, offering clear design rationale to support decision-making.
• Produce static and light-motion graphics (e.g., GIFs, animated banners) to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Keep abreast of design and marketing trends to spot new opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Mentor junior designers and cultivate a collaborative environment that fosters the flourishing of ideas.
• Possess 3+ years of graphic design experience, showcasing strategic, high-performance design solutions in your portfolio.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Suite, including Premiere and After Effects.
• Exhibit a strong grasp of typography, layout principles, and brand identity, applying design principles strategically.
• Comfortably collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketers and strategists, to translate data-driven insights into creative solutions.
• Communicate effectively and present confidently, delivering concepts to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
