• Minimum 2 years of experience in designing retail environments and printed marketing materials.
• Knowledge of WWE & UFC brands is highly advantageous.
• Excellent managerial, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in visual merchandising is a bonus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and make timely decisions.
• Strong analytical skills for developing strategies based on data insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CAD software is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60-70% of the time) for events.
