• As a key figure, you will collaborate with diverse teams to strengthen Builder.io's brand positioning, craft compelling design stories tailored to technical and enterprise audiences, and support impactful integrated campaigns that boost awareness and engagement.
• You will steer the brand's creative vision and ensure that all design and marketing initiatives align with business goals and customer requirements.
• Possess over 10 years of experience leading design, branding, and marketing endeavors.
• Demonstrate a track record of evolving brand architecture and design systems to appeal to enterprise and developer audiences.
• Be a hands-on leader capable of executing creative work while nurturing a high-performing team.
• Seamlessly integrate creative vision with marketing strategy, delivering compelling and effective brand storytelling for technical and corporate stakeholders.
• Skillful in translating customer insights and data into actionable brand strategies that drive engagement and business growth.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adept at navigating through ambiguity.
