Graphic Designer

📋 Description

• The Graphic Designer will oversee the complete process of defining requirements, visualizing, and producing graphics, which includes illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos.

• Responsible for shaping the visual aspects of websites, demonstrating creative flair, and a strong ability to interpret requirements into designs. Collaborate with fellow designers to develop impactful and visually appealing images and campaigns to expand our user base.

• Responsibilities include developing and implementing design concepts in line with brand guidelines and project specifications.

• Manage multiple design projects concurrently, effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

• Work closely with the design and marketing teams to grasp project requirements and goals.

• Produce visually captivating graphics, illustrations, and other design components for digital and print media.

• Utilize Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira to create and design diverse projects.

• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure design integrity and successful implementation.

• Set creative direction for the company adhering to brand guidelines.

• Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budgetary constraints.

• Engage in design reviews and offer constructive feedback to enhance design outcomes.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, design tools, and best practices to elevate skill set and creative output.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative or related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Jira is required.

• Demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer with 2-5 years of relevant work experience.

• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira is preferred.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

• Detail-oriented with a passion for creating visually appealing designs.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail.

• Strong analytical skills, time management, and organizational skills.

• Other: Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred. Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web.
