• Prepare and optimize graphics for diverse platforms, ensuring top-notch quality.
• Manage a repository of design assets, such as templates, images, and icons.
• Stay abreast of design trends and tools to keep Y4Y’s visuals cutting-edge and innovative.
• Proficient in graphic design software - experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
• Strong storytelling skills through visuals - capable of creating designs that effectively convey messages.
• Meticulous attention to detail - ensuring precision and consistency in all design work.
• Excellent time management skills - adept at handling multiple design projects and meeting deadlines.
• Creative and innovative mindset - bringing fresh ideas to elevate Y4Y’s visual presence.
• Previous graphic design experience, especially within non-profit or youth-centric organizations.
• Familiarity with digital and print production processes.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a bonus.
