• As the Senior Brand Designer, you will be responsible for bringing moments of delight to life in Gemini's marketing and product.

• In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing & Product teams to develop compelling campaigns across various platforms.

• Your primary focus will be shaping how Gemini is perceived globally, while educating users about the innovative blockchain and crypto industry.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4-6 years experience in a similar role or formal design training

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, and Google Suite

• Experience in web and mobile design, with knowledge of design standards and systems

• Ability to execute a predefined design direction, explore components, and perform design maintenance activities

• Strong foundation in design principles, with the creativity to innovate solutions

• Motion design skills are a valuable asset

• Excellent presentation skills to convey a coherent story and align design decisions with project priorities

• Clear understanding of visual hierarchy, balance, rhythm, typography, and color

• Creative mindset, adaptability, and quick, thoughtful work execution

• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously with a collaborative work ethic
