• Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of extensive experience working on AAA projects, showcasing top-tier VFX work and technical proficiency.
• Possess an impressive portfolio that showcases your outstanding skills, creativity, and artistic talent.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills to facilitate effective collaboration across diverse teams.
• Experience collaborating with recruitment and studio leadership teams to identify and support the hiring of exceptional talent.
• Proficiency in VFX tools like Houdini and Substance Designer, with significant experience using Unreal Engine or proprietary game engines.
• Ability to lead VFX work to enhance gameplay and elevate key elements of the player experience.
• Proficient in pre-visualizing and prototyping innovative VFX techniques to consistently elevate quality standards.
• Drive the development and optimization of VFX, rendering, and material pipelines with a focus on performance and efficiency.
• Must be a resident of the UK or open to relocation (relocation package provided and supported for Leads).
