• In the role of Senior Graphic Designer, you will be instrumental in bringing the KodeKloud brand to life across various digital platforms.
• Take charge of designing and implementing marketing assets such as landing pages, banners, email templates, social media visuals, infographics, ad creatives, ebooks, and more.
• Shape and advance KodeKloud’s visual identity across different channels, ensuring consistency while exploring innovative design concepts.
• Create branded content for educational products, including course thumbnails, slide decks, certificates, and video assets.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and growth teams to develop visually appealing assets for performance campaigns that drive conversions.
• Engage with product and UX teams to address UI/UX or in-app visual design requirements when needed.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to final delivery, often within tight timelines.
• Provide guidance to junior designers or freelancers (if applicable), and contribute to fostering a vibrant creative environment.
• Possess 7+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a digital-first or SaaS/EdTech setting.
• Showcase a robust portfolio highlighting expertise in marketing design, branding, and digital content creation (email, web, ads, etc.).
• Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma or similar design tools.
• Have a solid grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy principles.
• Additional experience with motion graphics (After Effects or similar), video editing, or illustration is a plus.
• Exhibit keen attention to detail and the ability to translate briefs into impactful designs.
• Feel comfortable working autonomously and in remote, cross-functional settings.
• Display a strong understanding of brand storytelling and how visuals can evoke emotion, clarity, and action.
