• Playing a vital role in enhancing Vanta's brand image, you will be reporting to the creative director. Collaborating with designers, motion designers, copywriters, and internal stakeholders from the marketing and growth teams will be part of your responsibilities.
• Setting high standards for creativity, you will uphold our brand identity system.
• Proactively spotting opportunities for enhancement, you will establish guidelines and templates for both internal and external use.
• Working closely with stakeholders, you will assist in developing processes to ensure the adoption of the identity system company-wide.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to fellow designers.
• Possession of a BFA in graphic design or a related field.
• Accumulation of 8+ years of experience in brand design.
• Demonstrating design proficiency in areas like typography, editorial design, logo creation, and infographics through a robust portfolio.
• Thorough comprehension of graphic design principles and current trends.
• Displaying exceptional attention to detail and a sharp eye for design.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, self-manage, and exhibit leadership qualities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with experience in developing scalable guidelines and templates within Figma.
