• Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in contributing to AAA projects, showcasing top-notch VFX work and technical proficiency.
• Showcase an impressive portfolio that demonstrates your exceptional skills, creativity, and artistic flair.
• Possess outstanding communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills to facilitate effective collaboration across diverse teams.
• Experience in collaborating with recruitment and studio leadership to identify and support the recruitment of top-tier talent.
• Proficient in VFX tools like Houdini and Substance Designer, with extensive experience in using Unreal Engine or proprietary game engines.
• Ability to lead VFX work to enhance gameplay and elevate key elements of the player experience.
• Skilled in pre-visualizing and prototyping innovative VFX techniques to consistently raise the quality standard.
• Drive the development and optimization of VFX, rendering, and material pipelines, maintaining a strong focus on performance and efficiency.
• Must be a resident of the UK or open to relocation (relocation package can be provided and supported for Leads).
