• Possess over 5 years of experience: Previous exposure to diverse brands and the creation of print, digital, motion graphics, small-format designs, and large-format design is essential.
• Proficiency in various software: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Motion Graphics, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Suite is crucial. Experience with After Effects is a plus.
• Strong typography & layout abilities: Alongside the above, showcase the skill to craft clear, compelling designs that effectively convey brand messages.
• Organizational prowess: Juggling multiple projects demands a keen eye for detail and high levels of organization. We utilize Hive, a collaborative project management tool, for streamlined workflow.
• Formal design education: Given the need to adapt to each client's brand voice and audience, we seek individuals with a formal design degree (bachelor’s or associate's).
