• We need a talented Brand Designer who can collaborate with various departments, including Axios Live and Growth teams, to create high-quality, engaging designs.
• Responsibilities include designing digital and print assets, refining brand systems, and contributing to brand guidelines.
• You will work in a dynamic environment, self-manage projects, and provide feedback to team members.
• Proficiency in Webflow for updating landing pages is essential.
• Must be a mid-level designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise.
• Comfortable designing for print, web, and live environments.
• Ability to follow creative direction and brand guidelines for project delivery.
• Skilled in all design stages, from ideation to asset execution.
• Capable of presenting work, receiving feedback gracefully, and defending ideas.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work remotely, and meet deadlines.
• 3+ years of design experience, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience in self-managing projects and presenting work to stakeholders.
• Clear understanding of design process from briefing to execution.
