• Lead design initiatives from start to finish, working closely with engineers, PMs, and our founding team

• Look for individuals who excel in systemic thinking, rapid prototyping, and simplifying intricate workflows

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess over 5 years of experience in designing user-friendly web applications

• Have a track record of delivering complex B2B or SaaS products and articulate your approach in doing so

• Demonstrate proficiency in systemic thinking, pattern recognition, and expertise in usability, interaction design, and hierarchy

• Transition seamlessly between user experience, interaction, and visual design

• Showcase a robust portfolio highlighting your product ideation and meticulous attention to detail

• Flourish in dynamic, collaborative environments and enjoy close collaboration with engineers and stakeholders

• Value excellence and craftsmanship, yet remain practical when necessary
