Staff Product Designer

📋 Description

• Help build out a brand-new product for R1 from 0-1

• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to research, build, test and validate designs

• Self-organize and work independently in an Agile team environment

• Collaborate with Operations, Product Managers, Engineers, and Product Design team members

• Advocate and assert design concepts and ideas throughout the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Expert Figma skills

• 6+ years of demonstrated product design experience for complex workflow tools, SaaS or Healthcare products

• Portfolio of work examples and detailed case studies

• Experience designing and shipping products from 0 to 1

• Excellent communication and high emotional intelligence

• Effective presentation skills
