Senior UX/UI Designer

📋 Description

•TechnologyAdvice is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our growing team! As a member of the Product Team, your responsibilities will support the product development process, including gathering and analyzing insights from stakeholders, making decisions on how to improve our products from a design and user experience perspective, collaborating with business and engineering teams to define and execute against our product vision, and driving company initiatives forward.

•In this role, you will work as part of a cross-functional product team supporting the growth and development of our audience across 30+ owned and operated websites, and providing best-in-class customer experiences in our proprietary software and platforms.

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.

•4+ years of professional UX experience with a strong portfolio of user-centered projects.

•Extensive knowledge of user research methods, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.

•Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design ideas clearly and persuasively.

•Experience with prototyping and design software such as Figma or equivalent.

•Experience in balancing user experience with business needs and technical feasibility.

•A curious, flexible, can-do attitude and empathetic mindset.

•Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward.

•Familiarity with the publishing industry, Content Management Systems (CMS), cross-device and responsive design best practices, web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices is preferred.

•Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques and knowledge of branding, color theory, and typography is preferred.
