• You bring a wealth of experience in user research, defining user experience priorities, producing accessible designs, and assessing launched experiences to drive future enhancements in the global market.
• 5-7 years of proven experience in end-to-end product design, achieving significant results in the B2C global market or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cross-platform design for Web, iOS, and Android.
• Familiarity with user research, usability testing, and data analytics.
• Strong communication skills to convey design strategies and solutions effectively to diverse teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of graphic design, interaction design, and user-centered design principles.
• Proficient in design and facilitation tools like Figma and Miro.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated individual comfortable with ambiguity and adept at collaborating in a remote setup.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
