• Collaborate with various team members such as user researchers, product managers, data scientists, developers, and fellow designers to define problems and guide ideas from inception to execution
• Implement top-notch design practices by ensuring decisions are grounded in user insights and adhere to established UX/UI frameworks while creating innovative patterns
• Lead projects through the entire design process: research, brainstorming, planning, information organization, interaction design, launch, and testing
• Create diverse design assets to convey concepts to a wide audience, including strategy and experience ideas, as well as detailed design systems and assets
• Collaborate closely with developers to deliver a refined final product
• Demonstrated proficiency with over 3 years of industry experience as a UX designer focusing on the complete design and development lifecycle of multiple successful desktop or mobile applications
• Experience in crafting experiences across various platforms and systems, encompassing desktop and mobile environments
• Self-motivated, exceptional communicator, comfortable with both receiving and providing guidance
• Ability to lead all project aspects from initiation to completion
• Proficient in English and available for meetings during Pacific Timezone work hours (Mandatory minimum overlap of 8:30 am–12 pm)
• Impressive portfolio showcasing detailed UX case studies (at least 3) and examples of strong visual design. Designers without a portfolio will not be considered
• Experience in designing and prototyping with Figma
