• Design engaging mobile user experiences that are both functional and inspiring
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to establish product and project goals, defining long-term objectives and short-term deliverables
• Lead and conduct usability tests, managing screeners, discussion guides, and moderating user feedback
• Oversee various UX deliverables and solutions throughout project lifecycles, from inception to launch
• Integrate product design with brand and visual design to create appealing experiences that resonate with customers
• Articulate UX strategy and reasoning for research, audits, personas, wireframes, and functional specs
• Create presentations outlining user experience strategies and opportunities, emphasizing usability within the brand experience
• Promote product design and its methodologies within the company culture
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile consumer-focused businesses/products
• Profound understanding of experience principles and customer needs, translating them into actionable deliverables
• Ability to develop strategic experiences aligning with business goals and opportunities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Capacity to evaluate and enhance UX and visual designs for optimal product experience
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and sense of project ownership
• Experience presenting to executives and influencing decisions for enhancements or redesigns
• Familiarity with agile environments and proficiency in Figma and UserTesting.com
