🎯 Requirements

• Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related role, with a demonstrated ability to deliver impactful user experiences

• Design Proficiency: Strong understanding of design principles and best practices, including typography, desktop/mobile UI, color schemes, layout, and iconography. Skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

• Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing your ability to design and deliver impactful, user-centered solutions across digital products.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to team members and stakeholders.

• Design Systems: Experience working within and contributing to a design system to ensure consistency and scalability in your design outputs.

• Mission Alignment: A strong passion for Acorns’ mission in personal finance and a belief that your work contributes to meaningful societal change

• Proactive Mindset: A self-starter with the ability to take initiative, manage ambiguity, and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
