• We’re looking for a Senior Design Leader to head up a team of product and content designers working across our marketing website and product.
• You’ll play a key role in shaping the end-to-end experience—helping people discover, sign up, and get started with our platform.
• This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive strategy, execution, and experimentation to fuel our growth.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience managing and growing product designers at all levels.
• A strong track record designing and building high-growth consumer-facing products.
• Experience in fast-moving, high-growth environments (bonus points for consumer fintech!).
• Strong UX, visual design, and communication skills—you know how to craft a great experience and tell the story behind it.
• Experience working closely with product and engineering in a collaborative environment.
