• Employ analytics to evaluate effectiveness and adjust designs for enhanced audience engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 5-8 years of experience in digital and graphic design, motion graphics, or a related field.

• Demonstrate the ability to create engaging UX flows, wireframes, and mockups, with a focus on incorporating motion elements.

• Proficient in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint.

• Skilled in Figma with proficiency in similar design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD.

• Manage multiple projects effectively, meet deadlines, handle assets efficiently, and ensure seamless workflows.

• Familiarity with best practices on social media platforms and their specific requirements.

• Experience in 3D animation, color grading, and sound design is advantageous.

• Possess a collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.

• Showcase a strong portfolio featuring a blend of animation, motion graphics, and digital design.
