• Lead the creation of high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for marketing campaigns.

• Develop compelling motion design concepts that enhance user experience in the Web3 ecosystem.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to create animations for web and social media.

• Translate complex AI and cloud computing concepts into visually engaging animations.

• Establish and maintain animation guidelines.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in motion design, AI/ML, and Web3.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Proficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and collaboration

• Strong understanding of design principles and typography

• Experience with social media platforms and content creation

• Expert knowledge of print production processes and file preparation

• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing, 3D design, AI generated art and images

• Strong knowledge of UX/UI design principles
