• Chainlink Labs is looking to hire a Senior Designer, Executive Office to play a key role in creating captivating branding, diagrams, and presentations that reflect the vision of Chainlink's founder.

• We are seeking a candidate with a strong passion for design, storytelling, and a proven track record of producing engaging presentations for diverse audiences.

• As part of this position, you will collaborate closely with marketing and leadership teams to ensure all presentations, both internal and external, align with the brand and resonate with the intended audience.

• The successful candidate will need to be a highly motivated Senior Designer capable of delivering quality work under pressure and tight deadlines.

• Critical thinking skills are essential to anticipate how audiences will engage with the content presented.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in graphic design and presentation design

• Proven track record of creating technical diagrams, impactful presentations, and familiarity with motion design and UX design

• Proficiency in developing detailed technical and process designs

• Strong ability to simplify complex processes into visually appealing stories

• Proficiency in Google Slides, Keynote, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator with experience in collaborative file sharing

• Skilled in designing clear and visually appealing infographics

• Exceptional attention to detail across various media platforms

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

• Open to feedback and redirection, with a goal-oriented mindset

• Willingness to travel internationally on occasion

• Interest or experience in blockchain technology, preferably with knowledge of Chainlink
