• Contribute to the creation of engaging and meticulously crafted designs for a top-tier organization

• Collaborate closely with engineers to oversee the integration of design systems

• Provide guidance to the brand team on best practices for visual and motion design in web environments

• Work alongside peers in the Creative team to shape the digital space direction

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience designing interactive UI experiences with a focus on motion

• Previous in-house experience is advantageous, while B2B experience is highly valued

• Showcase a portfolio highlighting proficiency in design systems and guidelines

• Possess a deep understanding of digital technologies and front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc)

• Familiarity with UX best practices and foundational interaction design principles

• Ability to effectively communicate ideas and design concepts

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset; experience collaborating cross-functionally with product marketers and developers

• Experience in designing based on research insights and experimentation

• Proficiency in Figma and other design software with a solid grasp of interactive prototyping tools

• Experience in storyboarding and designing CSS or SVG based animations and micro-interactions

• Capable of managing projects of various scales with resourcefulness and commitment
