📋 Description

• Become part of Uptempo as a mid-level Product Designer and contribute to crafting intuitive and impactful user experiences within a dynamic, global team.

• Engage in a cross-functional product team environment, focusing on driving the implementation of innovative features.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to brainstorm solutions, test concepts, and deliver top-notch designs.

• Lead workshops and work sessions utilizing established frameworks to contribute to solutioning efforts.

• Conduct usability tests with users and customers utilizing available tools and frameworks, shaping a streamlined and scalable testing methodology.

• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI mockups using our design system and shared libraries.

• Engage in a dual-track agile setup with Product Managers and engineers, balancing between exploration and delivery.

• Adhere to existing UX and UI guidelines and propose enhancements as part of your daily responsibilities.

• Collaborate with the design team to ensure a consistent user experience and enhance design quality across the product.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 2–4+ years of relevant experience in product design.

• Demonstrate strong skills in interaction design and visual design.

• Have familiarity with user research and testing methodologies, including hands-on experience in conducting sessions.

• Exhibit confidence in leading design sessions using established techniques and collaborating with diverse teams.

• Experience working with design systems and UI libraries within a practical product setting.

• Display clear communication skills and a collaborative approach towards teamwork.

• Based in North America (preferably Eastern Timezone) to facilitate strong collaboration with European and West Coast US teams.
