• Conduit is currently looking for a Product Designer to become a valuable part of our expanding team.
• Working across various product lines, you will collaborate closely with engineering and product leaders to deliver top-notch, user-centric, data-driven solutions.
• Taking charge of the complete product design process on critical projects, starting from research and collecting product requirements to crafting visual specifications and supervising implementation.
• Contributing to various product areas such as deployment, monitoring and observability, configuration and customization, billing, and more within the Conduit web app.
• Performing research to pinpoint user needs, pain points, and business prospects.
• Transforming data into actionable enhancements for the product.
• Suggesting new features and product lines based on identified gaps and opportunities.
• Working closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and scoping of product requirements.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, specializing in B2B and/or SaaS.
• Demonstrated experience in overseeing the entire product design process from start to finish.
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating top-quality product design that drives results.
• Proven capability to independently lead projects, even in the absence of a Project Manager.
• Sound understanding of UX research methodologies and proficiency in conducting research.
• Exceptional user experience and interaction design capabilities.
• Strong UI design skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-motivated individual with a proactive attitude and ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
